📌 Materials Needed
To make the Demon Slayer Paper Sword, you'll need the following materials:
✅ Printable Origami Template (Print on A4 paper)
✅ A4 paper (2 sheets)
✅ Wooden chopsticks (3 pieces)
✅ Thin cardboard (15x15cm) – for making the tsuba (guard)
✅ Tools: Cutter, scissors, ruler, super glue, glue

🛠️ Step-by-Step Guide to Making the Paper Samurai Sword
Follow these steps along with the video.
1️⃣ Print the Template and Prepare Materials (00:34)
First, print the downloaded origami sword template on A4 paper. Then, gather all the materials listed above.
2️⃣ Attach the Template and Cut it Out (02:10)
Attach the printed template to A4 paper and carefully cut it out using a cutter or scissors.
3️⃣ Make the Paper Blade (05:57)
To create the paper katana blade, layer multiple A4 sheets to make it sturdy, and reinforce it using wooden chopsticks to strengthen the sword.
4️⃣ Make the Tsuba (Guard) (13:16)
The tsuba (handguard) is placed between the blade and handle. It is made from thin cardboard and should be carefully cut into a precise circular shape for a polished look.
5️⃣ Make the Paper Handle (19:00)
The handle is reinforced with wooden chopsticks and wrapped with paper to give it a solid grip. Ensure the thickness is just right for comfortable handling.
6️⃣ Attach the Tsuba (27:25)
Secure the completed origami tsuba between the blade and handle. Using super glue will ensure a strong attachment.
7️⃣ Complete the Tanjiro Paper Sword! (29:46)
Finally, check the overall shape and complete the finishing touches, and your awesome paper samurai sword is done! 🎉
